Magadan Region Development Corporation attracts investments in the Magadan Region and provides support for investment projects. The interest of the Magadan region in the authorized capital of the joint-stock company is one hundred percent.

Magadan Region Development Corporation was established on December 30, 2019 by Decree No. 902-pp of the Government of the Magadan Region dated December 23, 2019.

Goals of Magadan Region Development Corporation:

- Assistance in the implementation of state policy in the field of improving the investment climate of the Magadan region;

- Assistance in the formation of an effective investment infrastructure and a positive investment image of the Magadan region;

- Assistance in raising the socio-economic level of development of the Magadan region by attracting Russian and foreign investments to the region;

- Assistance in the implementation of investment projects, innovative projects in the Magadan region;

- Assistance in the implementation of investment activities, innovative activities in the Magadan region.
